We want you to love your Kipling purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring you include the completed return form provided in your original shipment.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the package.
